In the evening the restaurant serves international fusion as well as local
favorites. The morning buffet breakfast is also served here offering a
wide variety of Asian and Western breakfast dishes, and fresh tropical
fruits.

The restaurant spreads over two levels with open views over the
bay, and a gentle sea breeze that refreshes the senses. The ambiance
downstairs is cozy with a bamboo ceiling whereas the upstairs with its
high ceiling and thatched roof offers an ‘alfresco’ dining experience.

Dining by the Pool

Located at the main swimming pool overlooking the ocean and bay from
its upper level, this restaurant seats 44 guests and is open for lunch from
12:00pm to 4.00pm, serving International and Vietnamese favorites.

Dining by the Rocks

Dining by the Rocks provides an intimate and secluded setting high
above the bay, and is open on select nights for 6 course menu that
can also be matched with the Chef’s selection of wine.

Food is served from the open kitchen counter outside and operates from 7.00pm until 10.30pm. Approximately12 seats are available on the wooden terrace,
offering breathtaking views over Ninh Van Bay and the Southern China
Sea to the towering Hon Heo mountains.
