History
Kifissia, home to luxurious mansions and imposing towers, the most aristocratic area is the place where Hotel Pentelikon was planned to be built in 1924. The impact made by its opening in 1927 and its luxury surroundings attached the most discerning guests of the time such as country leaders like Eleftherios Venizelos and a lot of intellectuals who made the hotel their daily meeting point. The hotel operated successfully until it was sold to its new owners in 1984. It was rebuilt from its foundations but maintained its historical grandeur and its important architectural elements. The hotel was completely refurbished with the most modern amenities while some of its rooms were individually decorated. The refurbishment and its quality upgraded the property to a model 5-star hotel. Hotel Pentelikon provides its distinguished guests a lifestyle, comfort and atmosphere that gives them the feeling that they are at home while being away from the home, which in itself becomes an unforgettable experience.
